THE RELATIVES – CHARLOTTE, NC
Youth ages 7-17 who need a safe place to stay because they have run away from home, are homeless, or are in transition under the care of the Department of Social Services. For up to 21 days, youth have a safe place to go where they and their families can work on the issues that brought them to our Youth Crisis Center. Most youth stay less than eight days because staff members work hard to put plans in place to keep families on track. Nine kids can stay at a time and everyone is expected to work hard on their problems, take care of the house, and help each other stay safe.
